Rob DeFilippis, owner of Runner’s High, is a certified USATF Level I Track and Field Coach. He is a former NCAA Division I Cross Country and Track athlete at the University of Maryland. He is the current coach of Red Bank Catholic High School and the Mizuno Runner’s High racing team. In 2006 and 2008 he was named the Monmouth County Cross Country Coach of the Year. His personal bests include a 2:41 Marathon, a 15:03 5K and a 31:40 10K. Rob and his wife Christy, also an avid runner, spend as much time as they can at the Jersey Shore with their kids Katelin and Connor and dog Boston.
Johnny Hamaid is the the friendly face that our customers love to see. He’s been an avid runner for over 10 years and his favorite distance is 5 miles. Johnny has a creative side to him and his spare time he’s usually working on a special project. He enjoys comic books and bowling
Keir Delaney is an avid runner who has been coaching high school cross country and track for over 15 years. In 2008 Keir completed his 1st marathon among friends cheering him on. Keir enjoys auto and motorcycle racing and spoiling his new granddaughter Mikayla.
Jon Phillips the newest guy in the line of NYU stars to call the High home. Jon currently serves as the assistant men's and women's xc coach at NYU and is training and racing for the NYAC. While at NYU Jon earned 2 NCAA Division III All American Awards and was a member of the school's 2007 NCAA National Championship team.

Matt Turlip attends NYU where he competes collegiately on the Cross Country and Track Teams. He has been named All Conference as well as All Region. Matt specializes in the mile with his PR at 4:16. While competing in high school Matt broke his school’s record in both the 800m and 1600m. In his spare time you’ll find Matt at the beach surfing, fishing and may even catch him juggling.
