SASCHA JUST CONTINUES TO ROLL!!!!!!

At the first Thursday night at the races,Sascha had a great double running 4:42.3 for the mile to garner 2nd place and then returned in the 800 turning in a stellar 2:13 effort for the win.Terra Sarnacki also did the double with an opening 5:20.5 in the mile and coming back with a 2:24.5 for 800 meters.

Sascha was in action again last weekend at Penn State, where she stepped down in distance with the goal of getting some speed in. The result, a new arena record in 2:47.64 shattering the old mark of 2:49.

Meanwhile, back at the armory for the 2nd Thursday night at the races, Terra followed up her opening performances 2 weeks prior with a 2nd place finish in the 1500 turning in a 4:48.5. Christy and Amber competed in the 3000 and went 10:52.3 and 10:53.2 respectively, while Rob had an 8:51.8 on the men's side.
