SCOTT DEBUTS WELL IN HOUSTON @ MEN'S NATIONAL CHAMPS….

The weather was near perfect, except for a head wind finishing the last 2 miles at yesterday's Houston Half Marathon, which also served as the USATF Men's National Championships. Scott DeFilippis made his step up in distance a very successful one finishing 18th in a very fine time of 1:05:46.

Billy Hoffman, also representing team Mizuno Runner's High, had a lifetime best time of 1:08:42, which follows up his 2:24:36 at last fall's Men's USATF Marathon Championships in which he was 11th. The Men are starting to put forth a strong showing on the national scene.
